Tax Forms
The Public Library of Johnston County & Smithfield provides basic federal and state tax forms to patrons as a public service during tax season.
Please note that library staff are not authorized to provide tax assistance or specialized information to taxpayers. It is ultimately the patron's responsibility to know which form(s) they need.
