Mobile Printing
Discover the convenience of mobile printing at the library. Patrons can easily print documents directly from their smartphones, tablets, or laptops, making it the solution for on-the-go printing needs.
Our friendly Patron Services staff is on hand to assist with mobile printing, so please be sure to check in at the Patron Services desk for assistance before attempting to print from your device.
Below, you will find an overview of how mobile printing works at PLJCS:
-
The patron will send file(s) to be printed as an attachment to the email address print@pljcs.org. It is important to save the file on the device in advance from which you wish to print.
-
After sending the attachment, the patron will receive several six-digit codes from email address noreply@ricohcloudprint.com:
-
The first code will be the attached file. If several attachments were sent to be printed, there will be a code for each attachment.
-
The last code will be the body of the email (typically, this code can be ignored).
-
-
A patron services staff member will log in at the printer to print your page(s). Please be sure to let the staff member know how many copies, color or black and white, and any other specifications needed.
-
Look over your prints to ensure they are correct.
-
Pay for prints at the Patron Services Desk. Prints from phone will cost the same as any other prints or copies made. See the cost chart at https://www.pljcs.org/copy-fax-print-scan
